Hmmm…there is not much to me.

I'm twenty years old, studying Psychology at Le Moyne College, at this moment in the second half of my sophmore year.  I'm a layfollower Theravada Buddhist, and have been since I was sixteen years old.  It has been a strange journey since my conversion, but slowly I have been learning from it, and hope to learn even more as I grow older.

I am very much a nerd so far as my personality goes.  My prime focus is on my mind, as a vessel of knowledge and wisdom.  However, I also enjoy dabbling in the arts; drawing, literature, poetry, the study of foreign languages, and most of all, music.  My main instrument is the guitar, but I know little things of other instruments as well.  I love to write and perform music, and it has given me some of the greatest experiences of my young life.

I feel a lot older than I am usually.  My mother likes to joke that I was born an old man.  I will not be audacious enough to say I'm wise beyond my years.  If anything, I'm immature for my age. 

What I would really like to do is make the world a better place by the time I've checked out, and if unable to do that, at least try to fully pursue Nibbana.
